- All Genius Hour Projects require a final product. It can be a website, video, Google Doc, photo collage, poster, etc. or some combination.
- While creating your final product, don't copy and paste information - put everything into your own words. If you must quote, give credit.
- Your KWHLAQ Chart needs to be scanned and entered into the Passion Project Google Form before giving your presentation.
- Final presentations can be presented "live" or pre-recorded and uploaded to YouTube for us to watch.
During the presentation:
- Tell us your essential question and why you chose the topic you chose.
- If worked on this with a partner, both partners need to share presentation responsibilities.
- Make eye contact with the audience.
- Include visuals so we have something to look at.
- If you are reading to us, read slowly so we get into it.
- Leave us wanting more and then give us the link to your website or video showing us how we can learn more!
- Practice before presenting so it sounds fluent.
- Make sure that your font and color are easy to read for the audience.
- Make sure that you have created a project that is detailed enough to prove to others that you are the expert.
After the presentation:
- Live Presentation: Call on three people to give you a compliment
- Live Presentation: Ask for two Quality Boosters
- Pre-Recorded Presentation: Everyone needs to give compliments in the Comments section on YouTube. Please don't give any written Quality Boosters
